Shown here are preliminary communication designs for a phone company. When designing a logo several options are presented to the client. Then we work hard to make the final design exactly what the client wants.
Health Partners was launching a study on the effects of meditation and yoga on people with diabetes. They were looking for a small rack card that could be displayed in Dr’s offices or mailed to patients to generate interest in the program. We developed the logo and rack card with a spa like feel.

The ELCA needed a logo and program schedule designed for their large congregation gathering. The event name was “Let the River Flow”, so it only seemed appropriate for the logo and the motifs of the project to include a river. The logo represents a river and a cross. The logo colors are reflected in the four page program design.
It seems that with design trends, or any trends for that matter, “what’s old is new again”.
We have seen many of these styles before, but now they have a slightly different twist.
Retro, flat design, modular and low poly style as well as custom illustration, bold type
and minimalistic design–these are the trends we will grow accustom to in 2016.
Jeanne Hanson is a massage therapist, and was looking for a way to outline her services, prices and her therapy locations. A 5.5” x 8.5” rack card was the perfect solution, printed on heavy stock with a durable gloss coating.

A daycare facility wanted a separate logo for their summer program that would appeal to school age children. The logo and marketing materials we designed amplifies the fun and active summer camps that the daycare offers.
Chi-Energetics was updating their tai chi training DVD’s and needed a new look. We came up with a progressive DVD cover design and logo, we designed two DVD covers one for their workout and one for their golf videos.
A chiropractic office wanted a tri-fold brochure that was consistent with their new logo and website. This brochure correlates nicely with their new look in a clean well organized layout. The minute they put it out on the reception desk it got noticed! Mission accomplished.

This organizational service needed a logo that communicated visually one aspect of her business. This Minneapolis salon spa wanted a booklet that would list all their services in a small appealing manner. We developed this sixteen page 5x7 booklet that is consistent with their brand. The booklet is visually attractive and we distinguished the salon services from the spa services by using different background colors.
Roasted Pear restaurant wanted a catering booklet design that would outline the options when planning an event or business lunch. This 12 page booklet lists and describes each menu item along with photos in a organized way so that their customers can easily find what they want.
Employee Benefit Services needed a new look for their dated website. LaChapelle Design Works designed a look that incorporated their existing logo along with brand colors and gave them an easy to navigate web design with a clean fresh look that incorporates images that reflect their business.
Alta Contractor Services knew what they wanted, but they needed someone that could make the files for their new website. We were able to re-create the exact look that they were using in their brochure with only an image as a starting point.

This rack card design was developed to offer a discount to clients and something that they could take to remind them what Whole Journey Productions offers. The logo was also created, and reminds us that our lives are continually changing, and we all have a story to tell.

A luxury yacht line that cruises the Galapagos Islands needed a trade show display that introduces their new luxury ships coming in 2016. The display consists of seven panels, two on each side of the center three panel display.

When you have a lot of information to convey but don’t have the budget for anything larger than a tri-fold, it becomes important to make the piece visually stimulating. This tri-fold brochure involved organizing the information in an easy to read design and finding photos that enforced the message.
